Here at TAV our focus is to deal with various topics related to healthy and active living, but done so in an informative and amusing way. Professional by day and creative writer always; Matt Preston seeks to battle the stereotypes of being an almost V only eater, while using his unique observational skills and sense of sarcasm relaying stories from the front as he deals with family and friends who don’t quite cotton to his lifestyle.
From vegetarian to veganism and animal rights, to yoga and exercising, TAV wants to be able to focus on the positive and lighter sides of these areas and more! Especially that it’s sometimes easy to go negative, and that this road can be solitary at times, we’d like to be able to appeal to a wide range of people that may be curious or feel isolated. Simply put, we’re happy warriors here, and want to be able to make those in the know laugh, and others lost learn something new.
And whether that’s in The Recipes N Such with contributions from Catherine Alvarez or the The Healthy Observations from Matt, know that those two and more have your back… Which will all culminate in a weekly half hour-ish TAV Podcast, posted every Sunday, where the talk will be about what’s on healthy living lifestyle radar, stories from the front lines, or interviews with people that will be able to bring a little knowledge, advice, or humor… Preferably the trifecta, but we won’t push it! So feel free to ask anything on your mind or share your stories with us.
